Making A Reservation

If you received a car rental quote by email or phone and would like to guarantee your great rate, we recommend confirming your reservation within a few days to one week, as pricing changes daily.

We require a non-refundable deposit that will be applied toward your rental fees. The deposit is based on the vehicle rental and the length of the rental period.

Your deposit guarantees that you get the vehicle you rented. Unlike other car rental agencies, Cabaja does not overbook its vehicles.

Call or email us to confirm your rate and reserve your car.

Cancellations

In the event that you have to cancel your reservation, we will hold your deposit for up to 3 months to apply toward another rental. The rental will have to equal the full amount of the deposit.

Please note that holidays are excluded when applying your deposit.

Rental Fees

On the day of the rental, we will run your credit card for the remaining amount of rental fees as well as an authorization hold. Authorization holds are based on the vehicle rental and travel destination, and will be released after the vehicle is returned. 

We will email you a reservation number along with a detailed outline of your rental cost and directions to our locations.
